In this situation I'd advise them to consider relaxing when they've put about as much distance between themselves and the hunters' main sphere of influence, as the distance across that sphere of influence. IOW - if you're wanted by French authorities, you're fairly safe if you get more than the width of France away - or at least you used to be. These days you'd have to get more than the width of the EU away before you started to consider relaxing. Get that far, with no clues that you're being followed? Time for a little R&R.
